WYS provides Individualized, Solution-Focused Services for Medi-Cal Eligible Clients Under 21 Years Old. These Resources, Provided by the Orange County Health Care Agency, Are Made Available to Any Client, Parent or Caregiver Receiving Medical Services From Western Youth Services in Order To Inform Clients, Parents and Caregivers of Their Rights, County Guidelines, and Services.
